After founding Maul Foster & Alongi (MFA) in 1996, Jim has left MFA after 25 years and formed Gemini Environmental Strategies LLC. Jim will continue to provide public and private sector clients with the same high-level strategic advice and assistance that distinguished his career and leadership at MFA. This begins with using “seek-first” techniques to get a clear understanding of his client’s needs, followed by sound recommendations with a defined path forward, designed meet those needs. This approach creates a climate of accountability and accomplishment.
Today and tomorrow
Jim will continue to help clients develop technical and regulatory approaches at state and federal cleanup sites that get to closure. Jim will leverage his extensive experience in the environmental cleanup business to provide the legal community with expert consulting and witness services.
As a leading expert in Brownfield development, Jim will continue to work with clients to develop fourth-generation brownfield strategies to cost-effectively redevelop brownfield properties, improve communities, and make development the remedy. He has a deep background in evaluating risk and reward and can help public and private sector clients make sound business decisions, quickly and effectively.
